This page will describe the process of creating a Playlist through File>Save RefMovie.
SimpleMovieX can combine several movies or sequences by creating a reference movie or RefMovie.
Unlike a regular movie, a RefMovie is a very small file that doesn't contain video and audio information, but just a recipe that tells where to find them and how to combine them.
To create a Playlist:
- Open the first movie or sequence to include.
- Drag the next movie or sequence into document window to add it to the end. Or use Paste sequence.
- Repeat the step above to complete the playlist.
- Save as RefMovie.
Optional: Create a Chapter marker at the beginning of every sequence.
